Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance across all
our operations . The ideal candidate will possess strong refrigeration skills, some electrical knowledge, excellent
administration skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. This position requires a proactive individual who
can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities:
1. Refrigeration Expertise:
– Demonstrate strong skills in refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
– Ensure proper functioning of refrigeration systems to meet safety and operational standards.
– Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.

2. Electrical Knowledge:
– Possess a basic understanding of electrical systems relevant to the facility’s equipment.
– Collaborate with the electrical team to address issues and perform necessary repairs.

3. Administration:
– Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
– Create and manage maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance.
– Coordinate with procurement for the timely acquisition of necessary maintenance supplies and parts.

4. Team Collaboration:
– Lead and motivate a maintenance team to ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity.
– Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the maintenance department.
– Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.
