Job Title: Group Audit Manager
Location /Area: Tininga Ltd, Mt Hagen
Reports to: General Manager

We seek to recruit a Group Audit Manager who will oversee all aspects of our organisation’s auditing functions. Integral areas will include the supervision of our existing Stock Take and Internal Audit teams to perform accurate stocktakes and independent audits of all operations throughout the diverse and expanding Tininga Business Units.

In consultation with senior managers the Group Audit Manager will identify areas of risks, increase compliance/controls, improve/simplify processes, and drive operational excellence.

Having significant experience in Retail Inventory Management Systems like the Pronto Xi System or similar will be an advantage.

KEY EXPERTISE:

• A Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with more than 5 years’ experience working as an Audit Manager.
• Experience working with the PRONTO system or similar ERP.
• Practical experience in conducting actual stock takes to best practice standards.
• Solid planning and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of auditing process, systems and its requirements.
• Good people management skills with an ability to direct and work with a team.
• Good written and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of problem solving and implementing solutions to drive a culture of continued improvement.

This is a Senior Management position within our group and a suitable remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
