PROJECT MANAGER – TININGA DOBEL SUPERMARKET FIT-OUT
Location: Mt Hagen

Project: Tininga Dobel New Supermarket Fit-Out

Commencement: Immediate Start Contract Duration: Until October, with potential transition into a permanent role

Role Overview
Tininga is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Tininga Dobel Supermarket Fit-Out in Mt Hagen.
This role will act as Tininga’s key on-site representative, coordinating and managing all contractors and service providers to ensure the project is delivered in full compliance with approved architectural and engineering drawings, completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as Tininga’s primary on-site representative for the Dobel Supermarket project
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers across all trades and services
• Manage the project across all phases, from design coordination and procurement through to construction and handover
• Ensure all works strictly comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Monitor construction progress and manage timelines to achieve key milestones
• Control project costs, variations, and budgets
• Ensure full work health and safety compliance on site
• Support planning and delivery of additional projects as required to support business operations

Skills & Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering building and civil construction projects, ideally in retail or commercial environments
• Strong track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Experience in cost estimation, budget control, and contractor management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment
