We are seeking a suitable and experienced individual with excellent customer relationship skills, whom is self-motivated, energetic and has the passion and drive to grow his/her career in Tininga Hagen Kofi Hardware as a Sales Manager. The candidate should demonstrate honesty, resourcefulness and attention to detail including the managerial ability to support and manage the Sales Team.

KEY EXPERTISE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
• Have the ability to lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Have the ability to plan, lead, organize and control sales activities including promotions.
• Have the ability to implement sales and marketing strategies to improve sales.
• Have good knowledge and experience regarding the Pronto system.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and maintain accurate customer records of sales orders.
• Has the ability to support, manage, train and mentor staff in the Sales Department.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
